Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy keeps WhatsConnectPro safe, lawful and compliant with Meta / WhatsApp Business policies. It applies to every account and team member.
1. Consent is mandatory
You must only message customers who have given prior, verifiable consent (opt-in) to be contacted on WhatsApp. You must honour opt-out requests immediately.
2. Prohibited activity
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or buying contact lists.
- Fraud, phishing, scams or impersonation.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or illegal content.
- Sharing malware or attempting to breach security.
- Any campaign that violates local law or Meta / WhatsApp policies.
3. WhatsApp Business Platform compliance
Your messaging must respect the WhatsApp Business Platform terms, template approval rules and messaging windows set by Meta. Misuse can affect your WhatsApp number's quality rating and standing.
4. Anti-spam notice
WhatsConnectPro enforces opt-in messaging and monitors for abuse patterns. We may rate-limit, warn, suspend or terminate accounts that send spam or generate excessive blocks/reports.
5. Account suspension warning
Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund, and where required, reporting to relevant authorities or Meta.
