Refund Policy

This Policy describes when refunds may be available for paid WhatsConnectPro plans.
1. Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests within 14 days of a first paid charge are reviewed case by case, provided the account shows no policy abuse.
3. Non-refundable
- Usage-based charges already consumed.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. How to request
Email support@whatsconnectpro.com with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
